could you send me your favorite stretches/warm-ups/routines videos for back pain, hips and/or hamstrings?
im already using a good chair, back pillow, neck pillow, foot rest, but i need to move more and for that i need a cohesive plan
youtube search is broken, as it now shows you videos that are most profitable to them, not those relevant to actual query
i will search how to stop sitting cross legged and it only shows me tutorials on how to sit cross legged 🙁

I love sitting against a wall with like, my butt directly at the wall and my legs 90 degrees up, and then slowly pulling my legs (while keeping them straight) towards my face until I can feel the hamstring stretch. I usually do sessions where I alternate between that and stretching with my legs spread to help stretch my inner thighs.
Also, if you can get an exercise ball, it’s amazing for spinal decompression when I’m having hip pain. I sort of belly flop onto it and then roll slowwwwly back and forth to stretch different parts of my spine, which releases tension on my hips/pelvis.
For back pain: I got silicon cups off the internet and use those. It takes some learning but they’re soo useful.

I think I am maybe gonna need to make a help post soon when I get a moment. I don’t have time to work on commissions atm and I have rent due today (and utilities from the old place I moved out of) and my very expensive dental surgery is tomorrow and then I’m moving across the country in like a week. I just know I’m not even gonna be close to recovering those costs within that time frame.
